10 things you should avoid to be happy !

It isn’t that easy to give up on someone or something because it doesn't make you total satisfaction. You can't stop to keep on trying and finally those things make you down and you end unhappy.
Among other things there are 10 things you could and should avoid in life that would make your life easier and more pleasant. BELIEVE ME
1- Staying late at work (or working more than 9 hours a day)
It's as simple as it: "Work isn't life. Life isn't work." So staying up late at work, spending all your time in front of your computer to work ISN'T HEALTHY.
Say "no" to extra hours (of course if it happens once a while it's okay) but work is just a way to earn money and having a great LIFE.
Meaning: going to restaurant, going out, traveling, doing shopping, meeting friends, doing sports ...
2- Eating fast food more than one time a week
Because you feel guilty => felling guilty make you unhappy => being unhappy make you ugly => being ugly and guilty make you fatter.
Just to say...
3- Being surrounding by toxic people
We unfortunately all have that bipolar friend that one day is crazy friendly in love with you and the day after just completely pissed off about you (true story).
Bipolars, manipulators, drugs addicts, neurotics … Seriously you can try to help your friend but at a certain level this friendship is becoming toxic because you are not his family and not a shrink.
When you see that your help isn’t leading your friend to some improvements, take seriously your distance if you don’t want to finish in psychoanalyze.
Sorry … I’m not sorry.
4- Depriving you to sleep
No sleep => Being tired => eating more => being fatter => Being angry of being fat => being a piece of shit.
Seriously, sleeping is the first step of happiness.
5- Wearing only black clothes
Because wearing black clothes make you look like a crow. And as you are not in a world where vampires and all this shit exist, you look ridiculous especially in summer. And honestly, It makes me fucking depressed to see "the walking crows" every morning in the metro.
Just to say (second time)…
6- A boyfriend because you don't want to be alone
Nothing is more pathetic that being with someone just because you don’t want to be alone.
*TEST* Is it your case ?
First thing to identify is are you cheating on your bf/gf ? Are you forgetting to answer his/her texts during the day ? Are you masturbating thinking of someone else ?
If you answer Yes to at least two of those 3 questions, you screw up badass!!!!!
7- Doing things that you don't want to do
I mean for example, having sex with someone famous and rich just because he is famous and rich but also old and fat. You don’t want, you don’t want. PERIOD.
Just to say (big time) …
8- Not expressing your feelings
Not expressing your feelings will lead you to uncomfortable situations and stupid misunderstanding. Tell her/him that you care about her/him.
Tell your friends that tonight you are tired and want to be alone.
Don’t forget to be diplomatic and to identify what you can say or not. But go for it, I guess it’s better to say too much instead of not enough.
9- Not going on holidays because of the work
I know we are going through a worldwide crisis, life is difficult, jobs are rare …blablabla… but well, life (once again) isn’t work.
Depriving you to holidays is like depriving you to weekends.
Please, all we need now is for us to work 7/7 days and 365/365.
LOL..
10- Staying in Paris
Save your skin, get off of paris !!!! Ahahaha I’m actually not kidding.
Crowding metro, awful weather, expensive prices, polution, small space …
If I want to be happy, I certainly have to move out of paris. Oh yeah !
